3. Age Verification & Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. rrbaje may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes.

If an account holder is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all bets will be considered void. Whether deposited funds are refunded will be decided based on the circumstances.

Residents of regions or countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not eligible to use rrbaje. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws applicable in their area.

4. Betting Rules

All Sports Betting on rrbaje is governed by specific rules. Be sure to read the terms for each market carefully before placing a bet.

Core betting rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless rrbaje expressly permits it under special circumstances.
• For live betting, if your internet connection drops, your bet may be voided — this is the user's responsibility.
• If a match or event is not completed within the scheduled time, rrbaje will settle the bet in accordance with its relevant policy.
• Rrbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds displayed due to a technical error.

Maximum bet limits may vary by market and event. rrbaje reserves the right to modify or reject the bet limits of any user.

5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Rrbaje supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• In the event of a suspicious transaction, rrbaje may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

Rrbaje is not liable for any failed or delayed payments where the issue originates with the payment gateway or the user's bank.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Rules:

• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Each bonus has its own individual wagering conditions.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
